ON THE ISSUE OF ENSURING THE CONCEPTOF SAFE WORK IN KAZAKHSTAN

In the article, taking into account the latest trends in the regulation of relations in the field of occupational safety, international and national norms regulating issues of occupational safety and health are comprehensively considered. The article underlines special importance of international regulation of labour protection, identifies the role
and policy of the state in the regulated sphere of legal relations. The significance of the International Labour Organization in the creation of a regulatory framework in the field of labour protection has been determined. An analysis of the fundamental legal acts in the field of international standards for ensuring labour safety was conducted.
The authors analyze the existing problems and propose a number of measures aimed at increasing the efficiency of labour protection in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The article designates innovations in labor law in the field of labor protection. For example, from July 2024, real-time monitoring of working conditions will be launched in Kazakhstan.
The concept of safe work until 2030 defines the modernization of the occupational safety
system based on a risk-based approach, the use of economic incentives to reduce occupational risk in the workplace, strengthening the role of scientific research and relevant recommendations. The need for mandatory periodic medical examinations at work with harmful and dangerous working conditions is emphasized, and statistical data
on occupational injuries are indicated. It is noted that there are violations in the field of occupational safety and health, which are currently allowed by employers. The authors in the article make proposals for changes in the issues of occupational safety and health.
Based on the conducted research, the authors point out the importance of continuing purposeful work to improve working conditions.
