The scientific journal Bulletin of the Academy of Justice adheres to the latest transparency guidelines and best practices in the field of open access publication. The Journal regularly reviews the Principles of Transparency and Best Practices in the field of scientific publications (version 4.0; September 15, 2022) to update its website and editorial policy.
This journal operates according to an open access model, the authors do not charge a fee for processing or publication. All published articles are freely available for reading, downloading, copying, distributing, printing, searching, linking or using for any legitimate purpose without the need for prior permission from the publisher or the authors.

Since 2025, the journal's team has switched to a full open access model, publishing full texts of articles on its website. To increase accessibility and transparency, as well as to facilitate access to research, the journal has made all its archived issues publicly available.
