Publication ethics
The editorial policy and ethics of scientific publications of the journal are guided by the ethical principles of scientific periodicals, which contain the following requirements.
The article should:
- not to be published at the time of sending or to be under consideration in another publication.;
- contain the results of original research;
- include the results of the author's work(s). It is assumed that all the authors agree with the publication in this journal and do not object to the order in which the authors are indicated in the article;
- The citation list should contain only those peer-reviewed sources that were actually used in the course of the study, and all sources used are indicated.

The authors of the article must ensure that they have submitted a completely original work. If they use the work and/or citations from other authors, bibliographic references or excerpts are mandatory. Relevant references to the works of other authors are a mandatory requirement. Authors should refer to publications that had a decisive influence on the nature of the submitted work.
The editors evaluate the submitted works based on their intellectual content. Editors should not disclose information about the submitted manuscript to anyone else, with the exception of the author, reviewers, and publisher.
The author's manuscripts are provided exclusively through online submission using the Editorial Process Automation System (OJS) after registration. The article is edited online in this system.
