ОБ ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИИ ИСПОЛНЕНИЯ НАЗНАЧЕННОГО В ПРИГОВОРЕ НАКАЗАНИЯ, НЕ СВЯЗАННОГО С ИЗОЛЯЦИЕЙ ОТ ОБЩЕСТВА

Abstract

In the article, the author shows the problems of law enforcement practice that have arisen in connection with the introduction into the criminal legislation of the Republic of Belarus of a simplified procedure for replacing a sentence not related to isolation from society with a more severe one in case of malicious evasion from serving it. Contains criticism of the current provisions of the criminal law. The main reasons for the errors of the new criminal law regulation are indicated. Some proposals for the abolition of existing problems of law enforcement are formulated.
