Abstract

Currently, the expansion of adversarial principles in civil procedure and the equality of the parties cannot be ensured without the participants in the trial adhering to ethical standards. It is essential to broaden the practice of applying the principles of legal responsibility, fairness, and good faith by the courts. In the framework of enhancing judges' professional development, significant attention must be given to cultivating personal qualities through the development of "humanitarian competence," in which human rights and freedoms are the highest value, and at the same time, not limited by the principle of legality.
