Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of new vectors in the evolution of human rights in the era of global digital processes and the challenges of the Fourth Scientific and Technological Revolution. The scientific and practical significance of the study lies in the need to find ways to overcome the global challenges facing human civilization, including the negative consequences of digitalization. It is concluded that, in order to overcome modern global challenges and achieve sustainable development, it is necessary to legally consolidate and implement Digital Human Rights 4.0.
