This article examines the issues of legal regulation of the availability of banking services for people with disabilities in foreign countries. At the moment, there is already a broad understanding of financial accessibility at the international level as a necessary condition for sustainable poverty reduction and economic growth. The most efficient economies consistently demonstrate state support for financial inclusion, and promote the integration of people with disabilities through various products, services and support schemes.
