The activity of judicial bodies is ensured by certain legal means and is associated with the formation of the unity of judicial practice in the legal system.
The article is devoted to topical issues of ensuring the unity of judicial practice in civil cases.
The author focuses on the theoretical and legal analysis of the unity of judicial practice within the framework of the legal reform being conducted in the country in this regard, as well as on the search for new ways to improve the legal means of ensuring the unity of judicial practice.
Legislative consolidation of the principle of uniformity of legislation application, unity of judicial practice, introduction of elements of case law in the legal system of Kazakhstan, in the author's opinion, will contribute to the increase in efficiency of protection of rights and legally protected interests of citizens, along with the quality of adopted judicial acts.
