Abstract

The characteristics and main provisions of the Global Digital Enforcement Code adopted at the XXIV World Congress of the International Union of Bailiffs (UIHJ), which took place in November 2021 in Dubai (UAE), are briefly outlined. The concept of the Code as a soft law act and its place among other model acts in the field of enforcement proceedings is revealed. The importance of the Code for the improvement of national legislation is shown.
