Abstract

The article addresses various issues related to financial and legal regulation within the context of constitutional and judicial dimensions. It highlights decisions made by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning financial and legal matters, particularly focusing on economic sovereignty within the EAEU, and discusses the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the return of illegally acquired assets to the state.” The article points out existing problems in the involvement of assets in economic circulation and emphasizes the need for thorough study to address the causes and conditions that led to the illegal acquisition and withdrawal of assets. It underscores the necessity of an integrated approach in implementing measures for economic development and describes certain risks to the country’s economic security. The article also formulates the reasons behind the current situation and proposes improvements to financial and legal regulation.
