Abstract

The article analyzes judicial errors that occur in the civil litigation process in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author comprehensively examines the legal nature of judicial errors and their negative impact on the protection of citizens' rights. The causes of errors in court decisions are identified, and mechanisms for their correction and legal regulation are proposed. The article addresses the need to improve judges' qualifications, enhance the quality of court decisions, and ensure fairness in civil proceedings. Drawing on Germany's experience, the author proposes extending the internship period for judges and introducing specialized programs and courses to develop judges’ practical skills. Solving these issues can reduce judicial errors and increase public trust in Kazakhstan's judicial system.
