The article analyzes the norms of the Administrative Code regulating the institution of representation in court in cases of administrative offenses. Recommendations are formulated to improve the norms defining the status and powers of defenders of persons brought to administrative responsibility, as well as representatives of victims in the course of proceedings on cases of administrative offenses.
