Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of the features of the development of Kazakhstan’s legal mentality. According to the author, the Kazakhstani legal mentality and its features in the scientific literature are very little studied, its doctrinal foundations, one might say, are not systematized. Despite the the problem of the controversy, the author tries to find ways to comprehend the essence of this phenomenon through studying the features of the socio-cultural and legal area, where Kazakhstanis polish their mental world, reflecting objectively existing legal reality. At the same time, it is considered the question of their relation to the law, legal norms, legal values, legal traditions and institutions of state power.
