Abstract

The article deals with actual issues of socio-cultural factors that impact on the formation and development of individual sense of justice. The formation of individual sense of justice is considered from the perspective of the cultural concept of legal consciousness, that is, according to the law as a phenomenon of human culture. The author emphasizes the significant contribution of representatives of the Kazakh theoretical and legal school to the development of problems of sense of justice, their contradictions, the impact of the law on sense of justice and behavior of a person, the interaction of legal and moral awareness. Sense of justice is one of the types social awareness, the object of its reflection is society and the state. The level of development of the society culture (in a broad sense) determines the degree of awareness of the individual and society of the law as the most important social value.
