Abstract

The article deals with the topical issues of digital technology application in the
training of future judges.
The digital transformation of modern education provides such learning opportunities that
can contribute to improving its quality. However, as you know, there are two sides to the coin.
Solving some problems related to global digitalization generates new ones, many of which are very
serious.
The education system is the institution with the greatest potential to influence the future. The
widespread use of digitalization and informatization tools is not justified in all areas of educational activity. Legal proceedings are a field of human-oriented services. Such important qualities of
future judges as сritical thinking and humanity are developed in personal communication between
a teacher and a graduate student in the real, not virtual world. Therefore, the Academy of Justice
retains the traditional training format with a full range of modern techniques.
