In the article, the author dwelled on the importance of the application by the courts of the Kyrgyz Republic of international treaties on human rights when making decisions with reference to the recommendations of the UN Human Rights Council and treaty bodies to the Kyrgyz Republic. The author analyzed the norms of the Constitution and legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, determining the place of international law in its legal system. The issues of the relationship between the legal force of international legal norms and legal norms of the Kyrgyz Republic, their penetration into the legal system of the Kyrgyz Republic is studied, possible conflicts and some of the author's considerations
regarding their solution are considered. Examples are given from judicial practice, where courts cite international treaties on human rights and apply them in their conclusions.
