Abstract

The article highlights important aspects of the human soul and moral values that play a key role in shaping society. It emphasizes that human behavior and personal qualities are inextricably linked to education and upbringing. If these values are ignored, then society faces problems of cruelty and injustice. Knowledge that is not supported by moral principles leads to negative consequences. Only decent people with conscience and kindness can create the foundation for a healthy society. A high level of moral culture of the judiciary is extremely important. Because justice in society depends not only on laws, but also on the moral qualities of those who apply these laws.
