Abstract

This article is devoted to the legal analysis of the state of modern science in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The article discusses the role and importance of the state in the development of science and innovation. The key role of Russian scientists in the development of modern scientific thought is highlighted. Special attention is paid to increasing the role of scientists and strengthening the principle of independence in the development of public policy in the field of science.
