ОБ УЧАСТИИ ЖЕНЩИН В ПОЛИТИКЕ

Abstract

This article is based on the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international documents, employing sociological methods. It analyzes the career opportunities available to women in various spheres of political authority. The paper also examines how traditional career laws for women are applied within Kazakhstan’s political practices. The study concludes that women judges in Kazakhstan have achieved the most promising opportunities and tangible results, and that the Supreme Judicial Council of Kazakhstan implements a flexible gender policy.
