According to the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, domestic juvenile courts, along with criminal and civil court cases, also consider cases of administrative offenses. At first glance, the consideration of cases of administrative offenses does not represent a particular complexity. Nevertheless, judicial practice shows that consideration of cases of this category gives rise to some practical and theoretical issues.
