About the Journal

The editorial policy of the scientific journal is based on the principles of scientific character, reliability, objectivity, professionalism, adherence to publishing ethics, and academic honesty.
The goal of the Journal is to integrate the Academy into the Kazakh and global scientific and educational space.
The main objectives of the Journal are as follows:

• publication of articles and reviews presenting the outcomes of original scientific research works, as well as theoretical and experimental studies, reflecting the current state of specific areas of legal science;

• publication of scientific research results identifying issues in law enforcement, including judicial activities, and proposing solutions to these problems;

• exchange of views on various legal science topics between Kazakh and international researchers;

• fostering collaboration among representatives of various scientific schools;

• promoting the scientific achievements of Kazakh scientists within both the domestic and global scientific communities;

• identifying and supporting the development of young scientific personnel;

• promoting the development of scientific communication with higher education institutions;

• providing information support for priority scientific research and popularizing innovative scientific ideas;

• interaction and involvement in publications and the review of works by leading foreign scientists and practitioners;

• providing an information platform for dialogue and knowledge exchange between leading scientists and practicing professionals.
